This is very intriguing, although I have no real insight into its meaning. The things that stand out to me are "[eye] I" and "E." Could it be as simple as initials of loved ones? Or a lost chance at a relationship? It's a very interesting piece.

Chiming in to point out people are missing the stopwatch. I think they're late. Maybe it's something like "I know I'm late and crabby" or "I know I'm late and have cancer." Maybe the 'E' is a play on "cancer with a capital 'C'" like it's Endometrial cancer.
