My boys are 16 and 17 and forced to go to their biological father’s house for visits. They don’t want to go either. “Do not pray for an easy life, pray for the strength to endure a difficult one.”

This hits me in my heart. My son is 10, has to go to his biological father's, and has told us numerous times, through sobs, that he doesn't want to go. I hope this kid is doing okay.
