I would be embarrassed if someone could read it. Mostly because I don't feel worthy of being agoraphobia. I don't think enough bad things have happened to me to justify it. I blacked out in front of my kids as I tried to hide a panic attack and it scared them. My husband is so suggesting that he will leave work to drive me to therapy if I won't leave. Now I tell my kids that Mommy's brain is sick and you can't see it like a broken leg but I will get help from doctors in the same way. I need them to know we can always get help to deal. We are never alone. We have choices and we can overcome anything when we choose love.

Like in a mirror, but instead of the whole thing, each individual letter is backwards. Example: b's and p's look like d's and g's. And vice versa.
